Return Process
- 1.Initiate Return Request
Contact our technical support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
- 2.Prepare Hardware for Shipping
Securely pack the laser engraver in its original industrial crates, ensuring all lenses, power cables, and rotary attachments are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Inspection and Testing
Upon arrival at our facility, our engineers will inspect the unit to verify its condition and ensure no unauthorized modifications have been made to the laser source or motherboard.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once the inspection is successfully completed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
